Business-to-Business Sales Consultant 

Gloucester

We currently have a business-to-business sales role available, combining a mix of new business sales, customer service and some technical support.  

This job may be suitable for remote home working.  

You will be handling enquiries from clients interested in our 3D design and sales presentation software, offering on-line product demonstrations, promoting the benefits to their business and selling subscription packages.  

Some low-level technical support and ongoing customer service is also required. 

You will need some sales experience, be able to demonstrate a confident and clear manner over the phone and on video conference calls, be comfortable producing professional correspondence and have good general computer and numeracy skills.

1st Line Support

Gloucester

1st Line Support is responsible for providing technical assistance to software customers. This includes answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and helping customers find solutions to their software problems. They must have both excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of the software. 1st Line Support is typically the first point of contact for customers, so they must be patient and professional in their interactions. Additionally, they must document customer interactions in order to provide a clear record for future reference. Finally, they must stay up-to-date on the latest software changes to provide the best support to customers.
